Herbed Turkey Meatballs with Honey Mustard Sauce
Meatball Ingredients:

3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar½ cupHeavenly Organics Neem Honey
½ cup stone ground mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350℉.2. Sauté white onion, herbs, and garlic in olive oil, and cook until onion is 3. transparent, about 4-5 minutes.
4. Add onion mixture, panko, Neem honey, salt and pepper to ground turkey. Mix well.
5. Shape mixture into 1 ½ inch balls, and place onto a baking sheet. Bake for about 6. 15 minutes, or until cooked all the way through.
7. Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan, and heat together. When sauce is warm, incorporate meatballs.
8. Transfer meatballs to a slow cooker to keep warm, and garnish with fresh herbs.
9. Serve with pretzel buns on the side.
Spicy Honey Lime Hot Wings
Ingredients:
2 cups Heavenly Organics White Honey
4 lbs. fresh chicken wings
2 ¼ cups white vinegar
1/4 cup hot sauce
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400℉, and line a baking sheet with foil.2. Mix vinegar, hot sauce, lime juice, half of the lime zest, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of 3. honey until smooth. Toss wings in sauce.
4. Lay wings out on a baking sheet, and coat with any remaining sauce.
5. Bake in oven for 45-50 minutes.
6. Remove, and glaze with the remaining honey.
7. Switch your oven to Broil, and for 5 more minutes or until desired crispness, and remove from heat. Sprinkle with remaining lime zest.
8. Serve and enjoy!
Honey Jalapeño Poppers
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Heavenly Organics Acacia Honey
10 jalapeño, cut in half with seeds removed
8 ounces goat cheese
4 green onions, chopped
2 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
2. Combine 1 Tbsp honey, goat cheese, green onions, chopped bacon, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Fill halved jalapeños with honey and goat cheese mixture.
4. Place on a baking sheet, and bake for 35-50 minutes or until cheese begins to melt and brown.
5. Remove from oven, and allow to cool slightly.
6. Finish by drizzling with remainder of honey.
7. Serve and enjoy!
